Volunteering for a committee is an excellent way to maximize the value of your membership. Serving on a committee will:
- provide you more opportunities for networking
- give your business exposure in the community
- enable you to shape programs to meet the needs of your business

Ambassadors
The Ambassadors welcome new members, conduct ribbon cutting ceremonies and host events such as Member Connections.
Golf Tournament
The golf tournament committee organizes, promotes and administers the RCC Classic Golf Tournament.
Public Policy
The public policy committee sets the legislative agenda for the Chamber and plans Legislative Day Event and DC Fly-in, and hosts the Public Policy lunch series, which briefs our members on legislative issues at the local, state and federal level.
Richardson Young Professionals
RYP promotes the development of an emerging group of up-and-coming leaders committed to personal and professional growth while serving the Richardson community. These young professionals, up to age 45, live and/or work in the Richardson area.
Small Business Connections
This committee provide essential resources, educational opportunities, and strategic insights to enhance business engagement and awareness.
Women in Leadership
The Women in Leadership committee aims to inspire, influence and champion women as they grow into their roles as business leaders in our community.
Workforce Development
This committee promotes excellence in education and develops programs to encourage business support at all levels of education.
